We work collaboratively to support our coaches, uphold the highest standards, and create an environment where every child can grow, learn, and enjoy the game.

Chairman 
Mark Neate

Mark provides strong, steady leadership at the heart of NC United, guiding the club’s vision, supporting every section, and ensuring we continue to grow with the highest standards on and off the pitch.

Secretary
Scott Marshall

Scott is the engine room of NC United, handling everything from player registrations to pitch maintenance. His organisation, reliability, and hands-on commitment keep the club running smoothly week in, week out.

Welfare Officer (U11 and below) 
Melissa Giles

Melissa ensures our youngest players are supported, protected, and heard. Her calm approach, safeguarding expertise, and commitment to putting children first help create a safe and positive environment throughout the club.

Matt Armstrong

Matt leads on safeguarding for our older age groups, providing guidance, support, and a steady presence. His commitment to player wellbeing ensures every young person feels safe, respected, and supported as they grow within the club.

Mark oversees the club’s finances with transparency and precision, ensuring every penny is accountable and invested back into providing the best possible experience for our players, coaches, and community.
