NC United FC run Rookie sessions for children aged 4–6 , designed to introduce young players to football in a fun, supportive environment — and to help form our future U7 teams.

We also offer Playmakers training sessions, focused on building confidence, skills, and teamwork . These sessions are perfect for children who are new to the game or those who simply want extra coaching and development time .
