Coaches Portal

Any new players that are attending training sessions and who are not registered with NC United must have their parent / carer complete the online registration form and mark the player as ‘Training Only’ on the payment options step. The link to the form can be found on the portal home page. This is important for insurance purposes.

Under no circumstances should a player who is already registered with another football club attend organised training sessions hosted by NC United. This creates a lot of risk and exposure not just for NC United but also the respective Coach. Players from other football clubs are legible once fully de-registered from their parent club.

All coaches are responsible for the safeguarding of players attending training sessions. This also extends to ensuring that players (16yrs and younger) are collected by a known responsible adult at the end of the session. If any parent is late for collection or not present at the end of the session then it is the responsibility of the Coach to remain with the child until collection.

As most Coaches will confess, there is an insurmountable amount of materials available on the internet. Where possible, the Club want to ensure we share any materials which others can benefit from so there is an active library for Coaches to access. This can be found at:

Winter training facilities will be organised by the Club Chairman and Coaches will be informed of venue and allotted times. Where possible, time slots will be allocated based on year groups. Winter training normally coincides with the change from BST to GMT. The cost of training facilities is included as part of the players subscription fees.

Any Coach that decides to use alternative Summer training facilities other than Broadoaks Playing Fields, Donnington is required to inform the Club Secretary.
