This weekend we’re supporting Silent Weekend across grassroots football.

The aim is simple:
⚽ Let the players make their own decisions
⚽ Build confidence and independence
⚽ Create a calmer, more positive matchday
⚽ Reduce pressure from the sidelines

Coaches will still guide, but the touchline stays quiet so players can think, communicate, and lead on the pitch themselves.

Let’s give our young players the space to learn and enjoy the game. 💙
