Across the country, clubs will be supporting this initiative and we’re right behind it. 🙌

The idea is simple but powerful:
✅ Let the players make their own decisions
✅ Encourage independence and confidence
✅ Create a calmer, more positive matchday environment
✅ Reduce pressure from the sidelines
✅ Help coaches observe and support more effectively

For this weekend’s games, we’re asking parents and spectators to join us by:
👏 Offering positive encouragement like “Well done”, “Great effort”, “Unlucky”
🚫 Avoiding tactical instructions or shouting from the sidelines

Coaches will also be stepping back during play, using half-time and substitutions for coaching moments only.

It’s all about giving our young players space to think, learn, and lead.
We can’t wait to see how they respond. 💙
